LANGUAGE OPTIONS
- English Option automatically includes any foreign language translations that are required by federal or state law for all employers regardless of languages spoken in the workplace. This is a safe option if you have no Spanish-speaking employees who are not proficient in English.
- Bilingual Option is for situations where the language requirement varies based on how many employees are Spanish-speaking. This area of the law is complex and evolving, as more and more states implement language-specific posting regulations. To ensure maximum legal protection at the federal and state level, we recommend the Bilingual option if you have any Spanish-speaking employees who are not proficient in English.
- Spanish Option if your English postings are up to date and you only need to add or update your Spanish postings. The Spanish option is required for Puerto Rico.
